Here for an event and went into total panic when I realized I had a ‘Lorem Ipsom’ moment. Brittany went completely above and beyond to help me out and literally saved me. She provided excellent service and support and I’m so thankful for her!
We had our daughter's quinceañera this past weekend and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a prom taking place in the hall next door and we didn't even notice there was another event taking place. This is the second time we have hosted an event at the civic center and Abi, and her team were available the entire time for questions and logistical assistance. From the location to the commercial kitchen and the optional dressing rooms this venue has it all for a reasonable price.
Very nice and clean. Parking wasn't great but the facility and staff are nice. Look forward to coming again.
Went to a quilt fest on Saturday and was impressed with the whole event. Plenty of parking, easy access to the building, nice and cool inside. Lots of vendors, lots if beautiful quilts on display.
Very clean, well organized and kind staff. ATM on site and kitchen/canteen well organized. Big exhibit space, nicely lit for viewing exhibit items. Lots of parking safely lit outside. Police & security on duty. This location is convenient to stores, restaurants and shopping. Great add to TX Hill Country locals.
Fabulous event center! While we were preparing for the Moana Jr musical there were several different events taking place. There was a hiring event, jewelry sales event and finally a graduation party. All within 3 days. This place is versatile. Well manged with an attentive staff. Clean facility with everything you need to host a small or large event. Parking was abundant but getting there during construction made for a dusty mess. We would highly recommend the New Braunfels civic center. Several years ago they held the Comal JROTC Ball which the kids loved.
Great place to have your wedding. A good price for how much rental space you get compared to many typical "wedding venues". Overall recommend for hosting a big event.
