Magda took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life with such care and creativity. Every decor detail from our moodboard to the smooth coordination of the evening was handled beautifully, and we felt completely supported throughout the entire process. With the unpredictable Bali weather, it poured during our Welcome Dinner and we were worried it might affect the evening. Magda stepped in with calm confidence and quickly made alternate arrangements before the guests arrived. That kind of dedication and quick thinking gave us so much peace of mind and showed just how committed the team is to making everything perfect. On the wedding day itself, we were able to be fully present, soaking in every moment with our loved ones, because we knew everything was in the best hands. Our guests were amazed by how seamless and magical the night was, and many told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. We can't thank Bali Happy Events enough for planning our wedding and making it so beautiful. In Jan 2025, we decided to get married in Bali in Sept 2025, quick turnaround and it was nerve-racking if we had sufficient time to plan an overseas wedding and secure a venue in time. BHE helped us through all these aspects locking in a venue, caterers, decoration, fireworks and much more. Grace is an absolute star! We first spoke to her in Jan 2025, she reassured us all our plans and the timeline could be accommodated and later that month we travelled to visit the venue & church to finalize our discussions. From venue options to arranging trials/tastings to spending time with us in Bali to view venues - she organised everything so quick and was a huge support from the very beginning. Magda, we can't thank her enough. She was so professional, calm and accommodating with all our requests. Magda was more like a friend than a wedding planner. She and the team bought our vision to life and gave us the most beautiful 2 days.

We recently had our wedding planned by the team at Bali Happy Events. We can not express enough the gratitude we have for the team. From the early stages of planning to the big day they walked us through every step and were always available to answer any of our questions. I would be asked by friends and family if i was stressed about the wedding and it all coming together and not once did I have a moment of stress. The day came together beautifully and it was everything we could have wished for. If you are looking at planning your wedding in Bali I can not recommend them enough.

We came all the way from Canada, France Australia and more for our wedding in Bali at the Puri Wulandari in Ubud and I cannot recommend Bali Happy Events enough!!! We are from the UK and planned our wedding with Bali Happy Events in March 2025 to take place in August 2025. I found the company via Facebook. My initial contact was Grace who understood our vision perfectly and helped curate it, then I was handed over to Widya to see it through. The process was easy, fun and exciting, there was no stress and Widya went above and beyond to make it everything we had wished for.
