We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding, and it’s all thanks to Ayu and her team from Bali Grace Wedding! From the very beginning, they were warm, responsive, and very professional. Planning a destination wedding in Bali seemed daunting at first especially from North America but Ayu made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every detail was thoughtfully handled – from the planning of multiple events, decor, and vendor coordination and everytning during the 3 days – it was more than we could have ever imagined or expected. Her team assisted us so much even while getting dressed, or carrying fans around so we didn't sweat in the Bali heat and ruin our wedding photos. Ayu is a gem of a person, right from day one and even while working with the hotel negotiations and finding ways to cut costs (where possible)! Incredible wedding planner that we hired for our Indian wedding in Bali - we're based in SF but our family is in South East Asia. Ayu did an incredible job managing the whole process - I was honestly quite nervous finding a planner online, but from the start you could tell Ayu and her team had a plan, were honest about what was achievable / what was not and also ensured costs were within budget. The actual event was incredible - Ayu has a team of ~15 people, and everything was executed flawlessly. She knew how to anticipate everything before it even happened and her relationships with the hotel staff were very good. I strongly recommend Ayu - you cannot go wrong with her.
