The LWI team was truly legendary. We chose them because the founder had previously worked at our wedding venue, but they exceeded every expectation—super fast with responses and always on top of everything. Let’s be honest, for most couples it’s their first wedding, so you don’t really know where to start, what needs to be done, or what should happen at each stage. With LWI, you can just relax and trust them because they’re simply the best. On the wedding day, their assistants were incredibly professional and kind. Honestly, don’t overthink it—just go with this team.

Planning a destination wedding truly requires a great wedding planner, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team in Bali for my daughter and son-in-law. From the very beginning, Tina and Ria were super patient, open-minded, and flexible with what we wanted — always one step ahead and ready to assist with any request. We had many long-distance WhatsApp video calls leading up to the wedding, and they were always so reassuring and helpful. On the wedding day itself, they had a wonderful team making sure everything flowed seamlessly. The transition from the ceremony to cocktails and then to dinner was so smooth — every moment perfectly timed and thoughtfully planned. We felt so well taken care of, and we’re beyond grateful for all the care and effort they put into making our day so special. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Bali! My husband and I are SO incredibly thrilled and grateful for the whole LWI team (Ria, Tina and the whole LWI crew including Mega, Reggy, Boy, Aziz to name a few) that made our wedding day so incredibly magical. We highly recommend hiring them to plan your dream destination wedding. The whole process of wedding planning was made so fun and seamless because of their incredible organization skills and communication despite us moving around internationally (all overseas planning). From our very initial consultation call, we were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, organization and openness to listen and understand what we want. I also watched a lot of their youtube videos to see what the weddings they planned/executed looked like and was so impressed. In the months following the call, Ria and Tina kept us on top of everything, helped us stay within our budget, and recommended top notch vendors (all of whom we were so grateful to work with - highly professional, empathetic and responsive). It all showed in how everything came together on our wedding day! The guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the wedding was, how seamless the day went, how much they enjoyed every little thoughtful detail that went into an amazing few wedding celebration days (Tina and Ria also helped us plan a welcome event that folks loved). During the site visit, we got to meet Ria and Tina in person and they were so sweet and fun and helped us think of every little thing! During the day of, I was relaxed and excited (relaxed is hard for me but because I knew we were in such good hands and we had worked together for months to prepare), I trusted the full LWI team and the vendors they recommended that it would all good smoothly - and boy it went even better than my husband and I thought possible. Our dream wedding came to life and everything about it felt like a dream. We highly recommended LWI to anyone hoping to plan a wedding in Bali. It was the best decision for us! Me and my husband started planning my wedding with Ria and Flo a year in advance from overseas! I couldn’t be more grateful for their incredible support and dedication throughout the entire journey. My fiance and I first met Ria & Flo over a zoom call in November 2023 when we were initially considering getting married in Bali in April 2025. We were very impressed by their knowledge in the first call, not only of their ability to plan a wedding, but of the wedding market within Bali as well as the difficulties of remotely planning the wedding from Australia. We had regular catch up calls and were constantly in touch. We first went out to Bali on a site recce in February 2024 and it was again abundantly obvious that we had made the correct choice with LWI. They were so informed about all the venues, as well as our vision and how that would work with the site. Our wedding day has just been and it went without fault due to LWI. It was beyond my wildest dreams and everything I wished for and more. They know exactly how to make your dream day a success and allow you to live in the moment. Not only that, Ria was there until the end even though it was her own birthday that day! That shows the true LWI commitment and work ethic. I wanted a beautiful ceremony and reception and my husband wanted a fun after-party and we achieved that. So many of our guests have said that was the most amazing wedding they've ever been to with memories made for a life time. Everyone enjoyed it. It was the best day of our lives and we know that it is, in part, due to the enormous amount of organisation, support, planning and know how that LWI commit to when being your wedding planners. They know the best in the business for all vendors, but are very open to hearing your feedback and opinions and I really could not recommend them enough to any couple looking for a boots-on-the-ground luxury wedding planner in Bali.
