This venue is an absolute hidden gem in Virginia Beach, and I will definitely keep it at the top of my list for future events! Lance made himself available on very short notice and graciously gave us a tour. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The space is immaculate, versatile, and features some of the best lighting I have ever seen in an event venue. The sound system and acoustics are outstanding and would work beautifully for virtually any type of event. There is a dedicated area for food preparation if you’re using a caterer, a full bar setup for events with adult beverages, and ample parking available in both the front and back of the building. One of my favorite features is the outdoor patio, which is beautifully lit and creates the perfect atmosphere for guests to gather and enjoy the evening. If you’re looking for a clean, professional, and well-designed event space in Virginia Beach, I highly recommend checking this venue out. You won’t be disappointed!

Brandon and Lance have truly found their niche! From the moment we booked until the very end of our event, they demonstrated what exceptional customer service looks like. They genuinely put their clients first, and it shows in every detail. The venue itself is absolutely top-tier. The layout is beautiful and functional, the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, the audio/visual capabilities are excellent, and the bathrooms are clean and easily accessible. Everything you need to host an outstanding event is right at your fingertips. What impressed me most was their flexibility and kindness. We had a last-minute request for additional time, and because Brandon and Lance truly care about their customers, they graciously accommodated us. That level of professionalism and hospitality is rare and made all the difference. There is plenty of convenient parking for guests, and the outdoor patio is simply chef’s kiss! It provides the perfect blend of privacy and intimacy, creating an amazing atmosphere for any celebration. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty, functionality, and owners who genuinely care about making your event successful, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue and can’t wait for the opportunity to host another event here!

My wife and I just had our wedding here on June 27th. couldn't ask for a better venue! They have everything you could ask for to, tables, a bar set up, a kitchen with top grade appliances it was everything we needed and they have it! To include a DJ booth to keep our guest vibing. Lance and Brandon hospitality was incredible they helped us every step of the way and anything we needed for the venue they got it! So if your looking to have your wedding somewhere with enough people but not to much people THIS is the place to be! Highly recommended and very cost efficient!

We hosted our family reunion here over the weekend, and it was the perfect venue! The owners were incredibly accommodating, kind, and easy to work with from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, which made planning and hosting our event so much less stressful. The space itself was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need to host a successful event. Our entire family had an amazing time, and we received so many compliments on the venue!!! 10 out of 10!!!!!!

My family and friends used The Space for a surprise anniversary party for my sister and brother in law. It couldn’t have turned out any better! Brandon was very helpful and accessible when we needed his assistance. He showed us how to work and change the lighting, he showed me how to play a video from my phone to the projector, everything turned out perfect! The kitchen was equipped with keeping the food hot or cold. The Space also provides a nice size room to get dressed, do our makeup and hair. Setting up and cleanup was a breeze. I highly recommend this venue and will definitely look forward to using it again.
