Kellam Estate Venue

We had such an amazing experience with Kellam Estate for our wedding! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with. They always got back to me in a timely manner with an answer or the connection of who to speak with to get an answer. Katelin who was present as staff on our wedding day itself was so kind and made us feel at ease when we were unsure about how the weather would be. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our wedding. Everything came together so beautifully, and our guests had such a wonderful time. I would recommend Kellam Estate to any couple looking to get married outdoors in VB!

My husband and I got married at the Kellam Estate venue on October 9 and we highly recommend it to future brides and grooms! Working with Alex and Chelsea was wonderful from start to finish, they were quick to respond to emails and were on-site for our rehearsal and day-of to answer any questions or help. The space itself is very versatile and could be set up many ways, but we used their back pasture for both our outdoor ceremony and tented reception. The stable and barn area were perfect for our cocktail hour. We have had so many positive comments on the venue and our other vendors truly enjoyed working here. Thanks again, Chelsea and Alex!

Chelsea and Alex were amazing. They communicated quickly when I asked for a tour of the property and we’re so kind when I would ask questions. The vendor list I was given had some amazing vendors on it. My guests even raves about the restroom on site! I am so so happy that we chose the Kellam Estate for our wedding. We got married here in June. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. We didn’t have a wedding planner so we were overwhelmed and stressed. Meghan was beyond patient, accommodating, and helpful. We are alternative and she even customized the playlist in the bridal suite for my music taste. She never let us worry for a moment. Her and Cait were rock stars on the day of. Such a beautiful venue and day.

Kellam Estate is a beautiful venue!! Lots to offer for your big day. The house itself is gorgeous!! The bridal suite is the perfect space for getting ready. Super cute, large room and big windows adding stunning lighting. The groomsmen den is very cool!! Offers a pool table for the guys to play and hang! The property has a lot to show off. From the front of the beautiful two story white and black house, gorgeous walk up the driveway, open pasture with tall trees surrounding, a red barn with chandeliers, an old school/gas house and many more special features, this place offers the most perfect picture back drop as well as lots of great spaces for entertaining! Alex + Chelsea the owners were amazing to coordinate with. Fast with answering any questions via email and always were available to meet. The contract was very easy to read and understand. The day of, both of them were right there to greet us and to see if we needed anything. Alex gave his personal number and throughout the day was around the property incase he was needed. They have a lot of recommendations for some amazing vendors that will help make your planning easier! I also recommend that your event start way before dark because IT’S JUST THAT BEAUTIFUL!! We had an amazing wedding at the Kellam Estate! It's a very beautiful property with gorgeous trees. We loved the Bridal Suite and Grooms Den as it made getting ready so much fun and special. We found Kellam to be a great value since they include so many amenities. Highly recommend!

The Kellam Estate was the only venue we toured, and we instantly fell in love with the property. To have the bridal suite, grooms den, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place was so convenient and made for a stress free wedding. Planning a wedding during Covid was a little challenging, but Alex and Chelsea were very accommodating to any changes needed along the way. They were super responsive to the numerous questions and emails. They also provide certain rental items which helped tremendously! The grounds are so beautiful and made for some amazing pictures!
