Paid H2O Weddings $10,940 for an all-inclusive package for our May 9, 2026 wedding. Major disappointment. A 5K was scheduled right in front of our venue with road closures from 5am to noon on our wedding day. H2O never told us. We found out by accident from a highway sign two days before. Because of it: Our videographer couldn't get the "getting ready" footage we paid for Hair and makeup arrived late Vendors couldn't access the venue The parking that was promised over the phone turned into an argument with the hotel. They also tried to kick our wedding planner out of a room we booked months in advance, on the actual wedding day. We hired a coordinator so we wouldn't have to deal with this. That's the whole point. Instead, we spent our wedding putting out fires they should've handled. Lost footage we can't get back. Ask very specific questions before booking.

It is hard to believe that the wedding we got from this company was real. What a perfect day. They really thought of anything and everything when putting this together for us. We sat back, let them do literally everything, and it was the best decision possible. Shawn took such good care of us and made sure everyone was happy the entire day and night! Thank you so much! H2O really outperformed for my event. I recently launched a small business and needed a professional and reputable vendor to host the grand opening event. The team went above and beyond with providing all of the display pieces, great catering, and friendly service. Not to mention the venue was just stunning. Thanks to them, it gave potential investors an heck of a first impression for my business. I will absolutely be working with them in the future.

This place is nothing short of a scam. They bailed on my wedding just weeks before the ceremony leaving us to scramble. Luckily, our wedding was perfect without them but they stole our money and refuse to refund. Don’t be fooled by their price tag like I was, RUN, don’t walk from this place. Editing to reply to their response: they well knew our wedding was in NC and they stated that they had performed plenty of weddings on the outer banks. They refused to obtain a permit to have a business that works on the beach, as required by all businesses. They were either previously working illegally OR they lied to me about their experience working on the outer banks. They also did not let me out of my contract and have yet to see a single dime refunded from them (despite no cancellation clause in their contract) and were taken to court to obtain a refund. They no showed to their court date and we won. We are still attempting to get our money back. Don’t let this company fool you. We originally booked in 2023 and they were provided the address of the ceremony. We worked with them for months, paid all of our deposits on time and were notified less than a month before the wedding they would not proceeding with our wedding, blaming the sand dunes for their issues. If this company wants to make it right, they would refund all the money we paid to them, but instead they are hiding from the law!
