Matanuska Views Ranch

Overpriced and incomplete venue. Went to rent this for a Christmas party and found out there were no bathrooms available for the party. Went to ask for a refund got an email from the owner stating he would refund me. Months went by and I did not see a refund. I went to my credit card company to try to get the refund. He told them that there was no refund due even though He was going to give me a refund based on the email he sent to me. There were no bathrooms for my party. I do not recommend anyone renting this venue. The owner is rude and will not work with you. He just wants to take your money and leave you with a broken venue with no bathrooms.

We booked this wedding venue while it was still under construction. The owner assured us that all work would be completed by our wedding date. However, he repeatedly postponed our visits to check on progress and ignored our calls and text messages. Approximately three days before our wedding, we visited the venue and discovered another bride holding her event that day. She was distraught, as she had invested a significant amount of money and found the venue in an unfinished and unsafe condition. She indicated she planned to pursue legal action. Following our own experience, the owner avoided communication with all clients who had booked and paid deposits. The venue posed multiple safety hazards and remained incomplete. We had to fight to have our deposit returned, which took an unreasonably long time. The house we were supposed to have guests stay night before the wedding as well as where the POOL is connected to that he is advertising its also connected to is private bedroom (where the bride had to sleep as the sweet she booked) found his hair ,toenails in the bedding as well as guns beside the bed clothes in the closet
