Tracy portrait studio service was amazing, we really enjoyed the session and the pictures came out even better. It was an amazing experience as a family because they were able to capture the pictures we wanted with there patience.

They took beautiful Christmas pictures of me and my kids, and everything from start to finish was smooth, professional, and full of holiday cheer. UPDATE: I wanted to update my previous review because I really appreciate the effort that was made to turn this experience around. Jen went above and beyond by taking the time to open the studio today, on a Sunday, specifically so I could have my maternity photos taken before I am induced tomorrow. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire shoot. She came prepared with ideas and inspiration, but also listened to what I wanted, and we worked together on the different looks and poses. I never felt rushed, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure I had a great experience and got the maternity photos I was hoping for. After how disappointed I was yesterday, I truly appreciate Jen taking the situation seriously and making the time to accommodate me, especially knowing that there really wasn’t another opportunity to reschedule with my induction being tomorrow. Thank you, Jen, for your kindness, time, and effort and for making this experience special for me. It really meant a lot. ❤️ I had a maternity photo shoot scheduled for today at 1:00 PM. At 11:56 AM—just barely over an hour before my appointment—I received a TEXT saying that they had rescheduled my session to Wednesday, September 2 at 1:00 PM. No phone call, no apology beforehand, and no one even bothered to ask if I was available on that date. I’m not—I will literally be at the hospital being induced. We still went to the studio because of how last-minute and unbelievable this was, only to be told they had no photographers available. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this was handled. Maternity photos are time-sensitive and not something I can simply reschedule whenever it is convenient for them, especially this late in my pregnancy. What makes this even more frustrating is that their own cancellation policy requires customers to give 48 hours’ notice, yet they apparently feel it is acceptable to cancel on a customer with barely an hour’s notice and automatically move the appointment to another date without even confirming availability. This was supposed to be a special experience and one of my last opportunities to capture my pregnancy before my baby arrives. Instead, I was left scrambling because of their lack of planning and communication. At the very least, I should have received a phone call, an apology, and an attempt to find a solution—not a text telling me when they decided my new appointment would be. Completely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.
