Leif did an absolutely incredible job shooting our portrait session! We wanted a snowy photoshoot, and he delivered beyond our expectations. He braved the flurries, scouted beautiful spots ahead of time, and gave fantastic guidance on posing. His professionalism, dedication, and creative vision were truly impressive, and he was so kind, considerate, and patient throughout the entire session. He even took out his drone in the stormy conditions to deliver this shot from above that we use do our Save the Dates. Every photo turned out stunning and the entire album is full of love and warmth. We genuinely could not have asked for a better photographer or experience — Leif exceeded every expectation and made this session unforgettable!

We had RocFocus for our August 2025 wedding and the pictures and videos are absolutely perfect! We got every shot we asked for, Leif’s communication was wonderful and his videographer, Kenny, was so kind and funny! We were given a specific date of when our photos and videos would be available which was so comforting. My husband and I have so many pictures from our engagement shoot and wedding that are everything and more that we will have for a lifetime. I would gladly recommend RocFocus again and again!

Because I know a LOT of people in the profession I do, I received MANY recommendations for photographers. I didn't want to disappoint anyone or "not pick their guy," so my fiancee and I decided to post in a local wedding page on Facebook asking for recommendations for someone NOT recommended by a friend. We had a lot of responses, but we sat there together one night and went through each and every response and that person's website to see who "looked like us." Roc Focus stood out immediately, as we noticed that Leif is able to capture people's real essence and didn't use oversaturated filters. I just needed a small engagement shoot since we are getting married in Costa Rica, and asked for someone who was available relatively quickly and who would be able to get us our photos efficiently. Leif provided me my photos less than 3 weeks following our shoot, and they are incredible! We are so happy we made this choice and he was awesome to work with. Gave us tons of poses and was prepared with multiple locations for our outdoor shoot. He also surprised us at the end (but I won't give it away for any prospective brides!!) and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Leif, everyone loves the photos and picking our favorites is proving very difficult 🙂

Roc Focus is incredible! They helped make our day so easy and run smoothly. We didn't feel like we had to pose for photos for a long time as most of our photos were done and captured natural interaction between us and our guests. They focused on big moments as well as the little ones. We highly recommend getting the video as well. It will help us look back on such a special way and tell our story. Roc Focus communicates so well and it was such a pleasure working with Leif, Kristen, and Kenny! We loved how there wasn't a big filter on the photos and they looked very natural.

We used Roc Focus for our engagement and wedding photos. We could not have been happier with the pictures we received from them. Our highlight wedding literally brought us to tears when we watched it! Having a videographer for our wedding was the BEST splurge we could have done for ourselves. Leif and Kristen are world class. Our videos and pictures tell our wedding day like a story and when we look at them, we step right back into the way we felt on our wedding day. We can’t imagine what our wedding would have been like if Leif and Kristen weren’t a part of it. They captured everyone we love and every detail and moment of our day and showed us the beauty of our day. They added in the most thoughtful detail to our wedding video to include a loved one we recently lost and we can’t thank them enough for creating something so special for us at this moment in our lives. We shared our videos and pictures with all of our wedding guests and received so many calls and texts about the outstanding work Roc Focus did. Their camera and sound work is unmatched. We live in Pittsburgh and since we sadly couldn’t make it to Rochester to join Leif and Kristen in person for our photo/video reveal, they sent beautiful desserts to our home and made it so easy for us to review our photobook on a Zoom call. They are true professionals and their talents are unrivaled. I’d tell any couple to pick their wedding date around Kristen and Leif’s availability to capture your wedding day. What was also sweet, is that they are a married couple and would demonstrate the poses we were doing when getting pictures. Adorable! We now have the most touching videos and photos to share and look at for the remainder of our lives. We even purchased duplicate printed photo albums to gift our parents because our pictures are just that beautiful. We will use Roc Focus again for future moments because no other photographer or videographer can live up to the artistry and service that Leif and Kristen provide. As my husband’s aunt said in a text to us after watching the videos, "Bravo, to Roc Focus."
