The Wise Image

Joey and Mal are hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. I originally met them through work and always loved working with them professionally, so hiring them for our own wedding was an easy (and amazing) choice. They did our engagement shoot around Philly, and it felt like hanging out with friends in the best way!! They made us feel so comfortable, and the photos turned out incredible. But on the wedding day? They absolutely crushed it!! They were everywhere and catching every single moment without ever being in the way. I don’t know how they did it, but there isn’t one photo or memory that was missed. My brother has been in 24 weddings, I’ve been in 12, and we both agreed we’ve never seen photographers work this hard while still bringing so much fun energy. My little sister already claimed them for her future wedding, and my husband and I will be using them for every big life moment moving forward. They are truly the best and we are obsessed with all of our pictures!

I can't say enough good things about Mal, Joey, and this whole company. They photographed my wedding in July and the photos are above and beyond what I could've imagined. They captured an excellent variety—candids, detail shots, night shots, group photos, portraits, etc—and provided me with SO many amazing images that it feels impossible to pick my favorites! Their whole team is kind, professional, and INCREDIBLY talented and experienced. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I contacted The Wise Image from a list of preferred vendors at King’s Mills for my daughter’s wedding. From the very beginning, Mallory was a joy to work with. We spoke on the phone several times and she was very thorough with all the details and logistics of the day. The day of, she was literally a life saver! We had issues with our hair and make-up stylist and everything started getting behind. Mallory helped me, the bridesmaids, and the bride get dressed in time to make the first look photos and get to the church on time. The remainder of the day, Mallory and Joey did a spectacular job getting all the special photos we wanted. She was very patient, understanding, and helpful with our choosing pics for the album. We could not be happier with the results and I would give her and Joey 10 stars if I could! Very professional and creative!

If you're thinking of booking the Wise Image, do it before someone else does! My husband and I give Mal and Joey 100/10 stars. Mal was so incredibly proactive that she basically organized my entire wedding day timeline and made our big day an absolute breeze. From outreach to ongoing communication to the Big Day and after, Mal was a rockstar. We were insanely lucky to have Joey as our second shooter and I don’t think my partner and I anticipated just how much fun we’d have during the pre ceremony photos with this power couple. Neither of us consider ourselves big fans of being on camera, so I genuinely wasn’t sure how it would go. Mal and Joey made it feel EFFORTLESS. We actually had a blast with them and our wedding party during the whole shoot. They really understood the assignment and leaned into our non traditional vibe, identifying shots that I wouldn’t have come up with in my wildest dreams. Mal even made her way up to our hotel room for an aerial shot. They showed us a few shots on their cameras immediately after shooting and the photos they captured were to die for. We would not hesitate to recommend the Wise Image to anyone for any event (cannot stress this enough). Mal and Joey are true professionals, but even more than their attention to detail and professionalism, they were also an absolute pleasure to work with. We're looking forward to booking them for our next major life event!

We can’t emphasize enough how glad we are to have chosen Mal, Joey and their team as our wedding photographers and videographer. From our first interaction with Joey at our engagement shoot a year before our wedding, we knew that we would be happy with our decision. Joey made me and my husband feel comfortable and we had a great time throughout the whole session (which is truly a feat, my husband despises getting photos taken)! Leading up to our wedding this past May, their communication was solid, and our final meetings were organized and concise. On the day of the wedding, they brought a team that worked efficiently, and it truly felt effortless to pose for photos. We laughed all day and had a great time posing for some really unique photos around our venue. Another aspect of working with them that was fantastic was how respectful and kind they were towards all of our family members and friends throughout the night, which was so important to us! During moments like parent dances, speeches, and our first game, it felt like they weren’t even there, so we never felt pulled out of those experiences. And the photos couldn’t be more beautiful! Mal and Joey have an incredible gift. After getting the photos and video back, I have been brought to tears multiple times by how beautiful our day looked. Their photos easily bring me back to those special moments. Their services were more expensive than many of the other photographers we were considering, but their unique style, fun personalities, and professionalism was absolutely worth it. We couldn’t be happier!
