niatnya mau book mua ini utk wedding di bali, sayang sekali waktu telpon dengan managernya yg juga suaminya ( Hani ); orang nya sama sekali ga sopan. Saya tanya apa lg ada promo utk makeup wedding krn waktu itu saat pandemi byk mua yg kasih diskon, dia jawab kalo udah berani wedding di bali harusnya mampu bayar, kalo nanya promo mending ga usah makeup sama dia, dan ga usah wedding di bali sekalian karena dia anggap saya tidak mampu. SOMBONG SEKALI YA. Mau seberapa bagus mua nya kalo attitude nya kaya gitu, bye deh. Sama sekali tidak rekomen mua ini, bukan karena makeup nya, tp karena attitude dari managernya. Pas telpon dengan managernya ini pun keliatan orang nya manipulatif dan sombong bgt ( kalo diceritain panjang guys, saya di telpon cm bisa elus dada denger kata2 dia ). Ternyata review dibawah saya juga mengalami hal yg sama, brti emang orang nya begitu. kasian mua nya, makeup nya bagus tp managernya kaya sampah

Don't recommend these guys, the organiser was unbelievably rude. Never met the make up artist(MUA). Didn't like the organiser Hanny (the husband of the MUA). He's all about money and I felt he was very pushy when it came to organising my wedding. He made my time organising my wedding very stressful, he was so inflexible. My wedding fell through and I turned the services into a pre-wedding shoot and due to this change they were the only ones that was trying to think of ways of making money out of me. They showed no sympathy. As if I hadn't lost enough money! In the end, I felt they did not want to take on the job. This was probably because they didn't want to put in those hours and it wasn't enough money as a full on wedding event. They made up excuses saying they couldn't make those hours to do my make up because the MUA had to take a shower and travel in the morning before heading out to do my make up. Which I questioned as she would have to wake up just as early to do make up for a wedding event (Which at the time I thought what a pathetic excuse). I didn't want to force things forward with them, although he says they wouldn't hold grudges, I questioned thier professionalism. In the end, they took half my deposit but were willing to give half my deposit. He told me to go find a MUA in 3 days (not even allowed me a week and kept pressuring me for answers almost every day). Thier reasons was they had brides interested in that day that I put down a deposit for. Showed no dedication to want to take on my business. I strongly advise against this MUA. Hanny was rude and abrupt when speaking too me. Appalling customer service.Thats my thoughts. _________________________________________ Since posting this message up on Google reviews the organiser has messaged me privately threatening me to remove this post. Well that already says enough about his absolutely shocking customer service skills.
