I can’t recommend Zay (@zaytattoos) highly enough. She’s been working on my Japanese leg sleeve and the quality of her work speaks for itself — clean, intentional linework, thoughtful composition, and a real understanding of traditional Japanese style. The oni mask, lantern, foo dog, and geometric knee piece she’s done so far have all exceeded my expectations. Beyond the artistry, the experience itself is what keeps me coming back. Her studio is meticulously clean, and she’s careful and professional with every aspect of the process — fresh setups, proper sterilization, and clear aftercare guidance every time. She takes the time to talk through ideas, listens to what you’re going for, and brings her own creative perspective to make the piece even better than what you walked in with. She’s also just a genuinely good person. Calm energy, makes long sessions feel easy, and clearly cares about her clients and her craft. If you’re considering work from her, don’t hesitate. She’s the real deal — talented, professional, and someone you can trust with a long-term project like a sleeve.

Ani is SO awesome!! She was guest spotting in SLC, and I was lucky enough to get tatted by her. She made me felt comfortable and her art was AMAZING. I highly recommend if you’re out in GA! Go check them out 🫶

Renee was an absolute sweetheart and talented artist. She was a great conversationalist and made me laugh throughout my entire appointment. The entire team was very knowledgeable about ink and made my partner and I comfortable even as walk ins. Will be coming back for more detailed pieces.

This is now my third time going back to the shop for a tattoo. If you give them an idea or a concept, they will make a unique, beautiful, brilliant piece of art. You better hurry up and get tattoos from Zay while you can…… I’m afraid she’s going to soon be one of those tattoo artists that’s booked up for 3 to 4 years. She is the most talented tattoo artist I’ve ever seen. AND SHE IS RIGHT HERE IN ATLANTA. WE ARE SO LUCKY. The shop is conveniently located. The shop is extremely clean. All of the staff was extremely friendly. I watched my tattoo artist, change the needle and change her gloves at least 20 times cleanliness and sterility and safety are a top interest in value at this tattoo shop. If this is your first tattoo, or if you want an extremely large and complicated piece this is the place to go. They have something for everybody here.

i had seen zone of ink advertised to me on instagram and instantly fell in love with their work. i went to the shop as a walk-in for a honeysuckle tattoo on my shin and zay was gracious enough to do this for me. it turned out so much better than i could have asked for! her work was amazing and i felt very comfortable in the studio. this was my first fine line tattoo and i will definitely be returning for future tattoos!

This shop is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. After my experiences at Zone of Ink, my standards for tattoo shops have completely changed. I’ve gotten two tattoos here with two different artists, and both experiences were amazing. My first tattoo was with Ming he was incredibly patient and gave me time to breathe whenever I needed it. I never felt rushed or judged for needing breaks, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. My second tattoo was with Rene, and she was just as wonderful. It was my first leg tattoo, so I was pretty anxious, but she was so kind and reassuring. She made sure I felt completely comfortable the entire time and didn’t rush through it just to finish. I would absolutely recommend Zone of Ink to anyone especially if it’s your first tattoo or if you tend to feel anxious. You’ll be in good hands, and the quality is truly worth it.

Got a tattoo from Ani (@anidoki.tattoo) and had such a wonderful experience!!! It was one of her flash pieces and booking was super easy, and she was very gracious while I was there at the studio making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed!!! The tattoo also turned out SO good and I will absolutely be going back for more!! Highly recommend!!! The picture with the second skin was fresh and the other one is it now which is almost 4 months later!!!
