My brother and I came here from Tucson expecting a good meal, but this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We waited over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, despite employees seemingly doing nothing in the back. The woman with the neck tattoo was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. The restaurant itself looked dirty, the lobby clearly wasn’t being kept clean, and behind the counter looked just as bad. The food prep area looked neglected, and the meat slicer appeared so dirty that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, which completely killed my appetite. The music was insanely loud and inappropriate. The food was completely inedible. For being in such a nice city, I expected much better. The bread was somehow both stale and soggy at the same time, the meat was so rubbery it was difficult to chew, and everything tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. We ended up leaving disappointed and feeling like we had completely wasted our money. From the terrible service to the filthy appearance of the restaurant and the awful food, this place failed on every level. I genuinely can’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and eat somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusting. The entire sandwich was SOAKED in olive oil and this hasn't been the first time this specific location has served me something inedible. It dripped everywhere and ruined my clothes with oil stains. It's supposed to have a drizzle of olive oil, not submerged in a barrel of oil. This location is awful at doing the one thing they're supposed to be good at. Customers should just stick with Jimmy John's or even Capriottis down the street from this dump.

I got the #13. I am a bit disappointed as the sandwich's wrapping was full of condensation. The entire sandwich tasted sour. The artist put way too much mustard on it. I can eat mustard but I dont like it in large quantities. The bread was sliding off because of the oil. This was the slipperyest sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Over all it wasnt too bad. I was able to finish all if it (regular size). Chek out the pictures I took of it. If your hungry and dont want subway this place will be on point. Good luck! Dont slip.

Horrible atmosphere and super annoyed acting women with glasses while taking my order. Told me to move while I was trying to look at the menu. June 7th, 2026.

For second time, this location doesn't do customization correctly. It may be the app/Corp but now their number is busy and there is no corp customer service number. Remaking isn't enough. Fix the problem or deliver my food for free.

Honestly disappointed in this jersey mikes location. Ordered one sandwich for here and waited as I watched other customers come and go for 15+ min. Once I said something, my sandwich was being worked on second in priority to online orders. I understand things can get busy, but please do not neglect the in person orders. Sat down to a sticky table. Once I got the sandwich, it was not cut in half like usual. Overall the food was good but the service was not, bummed.

Reading thrift store as a delivery driver I did not get a chance to get the name of the man who served me but as I picked up the order the feeling was not welcoming was not kind this person barely made eye contact with me so whoever was at work on Wednesday July 30th at 7:46 p.m. was definitely not a good representative of the company when people order from a service for their food to be delivered to them the driver needs to be treated with as much respect if not more than the customer because that is who is standing in the employees face at the moment. As a Uber driver you get hungry and thirsty sometimes and I was tempted to grab a drink but changed my mind because I don't like giving my money to places that have poor customer service
