Halal Gyro Express & Kebab

We got multiple items portion size was smaller than the other location and pita was on top of hummus instead of separate bag or something. Hummus was so watery and packaging was disgusting! We are regular customer at their other location. Not coming back

Stopped in here for dinner when staying at a nearby hotel — the food and service was great. Everything was made fresh and super flavorful. The sauces were top notch as well. Will definitely come back!

Halal Gyro Express has fed my family so many times, and we’re always grateful for them. The food is consistently fresh, filling, and delicious, and their prices are genuinely affordable, especially for families. It’s rare to find a place that gives you good portions, halal food, and great value without cutting corners. The people are always kind too. Definitely one of those local spots worth supporting.

One good place for succulent meat. Loved the lamb and the flavourful rice. The chicken was average. The portion is good too. And they have free flow of Hot Green Tea. Yay!!

This place used to be a favorite of mine. Very reasonable prices (1 chicken/lamb/mix over rice for $11.99) and a good amount of food. The service was also super quick as I usually picked up food. But I picked up food this week after a couple of months and was so disappointed. Not only did they increase prices (now the same is $14.99), which I guess is understandable due to inflation, but they also halved the amount of food!! This is totally unacceptable. You cannot be reducing the amount of food by 50% and then also increase the prices. The food still tastes the same, but never going back.

Wow! Stayed in San Jose for a layover. Hit a home-run deciding to get take out here! Perfect spices and flavor. Great portion sizes. Great prices. No complaints here. I had chicken and lamb dishes. Wish I could try more of the menu. Highly recommended!
