Saya pernah menghadiri acara nikahan teman yang di organize sama bali vip.. mereka memang benar melayani pengantin dan para tamunya dengan baik.. pelayanan memang memuakan.. ok

Tempat atraksi cukup bagus dan halaman parkir luas.

We are beyond grateful to the entire BALIVIP Wedding team for making our special day truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, they supported us at every single moment, ensuring that every detail was executed to absolute perfection. Our wedding was a destination wedding as we are coming from Hong Kong and there is always a difference between what you see on PowerPoints or renderings and the real thing, we visited the place few months before our wedding so we could visualize it better, but when we saw all the decorations and our vision come to life on the wedding day, we were completely in awe. Both my wife and I were assigned personal assistants for the day, which made everything so smooth and stress-free, we always felt in great hands and were able to truly enjoy every moment. All the guests were amazed and happy with the venue and the service, there were actually more staff than guests, so everyone was in good hands. A special and huge thank you to our main planner, Jennifer, who was always on top of everything - reminding us, chasing us when needed, and constantly proposing ideas and the best vendors to make our day as amazing as it could be. Thank you for creating the most beautiful day of our lives. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Kak Via led the wedding organization for our wedding and she+her team did an amazing job. I was the first one in my family that was getting married which meant that we had a lot of questions of how things were meant to be done and she answered all questions sincerely without ever making us feel bad about not knowing. We started around 6 months before the wedding and made a few adjustments throughout the process as we preferred more frequent communication (once a month earlier, every two weeks later and every week H-30) and detailed planning. The team adjusted well to our communication needs. I think this adaptability is very important as everyone has different preferences and the best team can adapt to their clients. 1.Type of wedding: Chinese (hokkien) tradition + evening ceremony + reception She was able to help guide us through sangjit, morning traditional ceremony and more western parts 2. Number of people:~50 people The team was able to help arrange transport to/from different hotels and villas for all the different parts of the wedding 3. Design/day of wedding: everything is customized and built to the traditions and vision of the couple and family 4. Budget: midsized for the number of people. The team was able to give us vendor options that meet our budget requirements 5. Notable points - The team has an internal stationery design team and website team that really helped us develop our vision of how we wanted the wedding to look like. -My husband and I did not have bridesmaids/groomsmen, so BALIVIP gave us an assistant (Angel and Adam were amazing!!!) each for the day to really help us prepare. -Adaptability on day of: helped shift things around smoothly when things did not go as plan 6. Venue: Pandawa Cliff Estate. Very amazing team and BaliVIP was able to arrange venue tours prior to finalization Special shout-out to Naomi who joined us later on and did an amazing job responding quickly to questions. We will definitely recommend people to use BaliVIP! They will take care of everything from transport, hotels, venues, ceremony order, day of organization, all vendors, different cultures, food, etc.

We cannot begin to express how grateful we are to have worked with the BALI VIP Wedding planning team to plan our wedding in May of 2025. They guided us through 18 months of planning, taking care to respond to all of our questions every step of the way and making all of our requests happen big and small! Our wedding was a complicated event with 138 guests flying in from all over the world. Casavia, Ade, Dewi and the entire team at Bali VIP handled everything perfectly. From helping our guests with travel arrangements, to recommending excellent vendors that fit our vision and communicating with them, to coordinating every last detail on the event day for our welcome party and wedding day - I have no doubt these are the best wedding planners on the island! Their styling team also did an amazing job with all of the florals and decorations. Our guests continued to tell us it was the best wedding they have ever attended, and the credit goes to the professionalism of the BaliVIP team! It was truly the best time of our lives and after over a year of planning our wedding day went seamlessly, we were so relaxed and happy as we trusted Via and the team to handle everything we needed. We had amazing assistants with us the entire wedding day to help take care of our every need. If you are getting married in Bali, do not hesitate to hire BaliVIP wedding planners, they will make your dreams come true!

We cannot thank BaliVIP especially Via and Jennifer enough for the incredible job they did coordinating our wedding, from start to finish, everything was seamless.
