Bali Wedding Honeymoon

So so very grateful to have had Okkie and the team coordinate our Bali wedding! From the very beginning she accommodated to all queries and requests, putting my mind at ease whenever things felt uncertain (even with the rain!). She took our budget and ideas and ran with it making sure to update us every step of the way. The outcome was even better than expectation which made the day more special! For people who have no idea how to pose for pictures the photographers made us feel comfortable and took such fabulous shots. Makeup stayed on all day/night which took me by surprise considering how sweaty it was (and you can’t tell in the pictures either), plus with no trial I was initially nervous how it would work out but the girls did an amazing job - for darker skinned girls I’d recommend to suggest mentioning bit more bronzer needed as they lightened me up quite a bit however was still happy with the result. I can’t thank Okkie/team enough for the efforts put in to make this crazy whirlwind of an experience a seamless and beautiful one 😘😘😘

Okkie did a fantastic job with our wedding in Seminyak. We gave her a brief and a budget and she engaged wonderful vendors for our big day overseeing everything in the process. I was a little nervous to stage such an important event overseas but Okkie put me at ease and stayed in regular contact. I loved the time we spent together just prior to our wedding and her passion for the business was evident. I highly recommend her and look forward to hiring her again when we are ready to renew our vows.

Unsuccessfully attempted to contact Okkie by phone. She appeared too busy to devote even a few minutes of her attention. We deserved, in my opinion, for her to listen to our feelings about what happened over the entire period we hired her services until the day of the event. Anyway, a couple of our comments are listed below. 1. She was not proactive from the beginning to the end. 2. Although she wanted our trust, she was unable to win our faith in her capacity to manage the situation. 3. For a gathering of more than 100 guests, she has only five employees, including herself. In order to find out what to do and where to go next, all of the guests had to approach the groom's mother. 4. When questioned, her people would always respond that they will call Okkie first because they were not properly orientated. 5. There was no coordinator to help attendees find their seats during the ceremony. Since the guests were placed in the front four rows, a portion of the entourage had to stand off to the side. 6. The designated groom's assistance was not informed that the bride must wait downstairs for the couple's alleged first-look photo shoot for about thirty minutes. Due to time constraints, the bride was unable to take further pictures with her bridesmaids, particularly in the garden. 7. When the bride discovered that the helper you had given her had not turned over her watch, she had to phone you the next day. Only two days after the wedding did she respond that it was in Okie's possession and agreed to give the watch back. Before departing the event, isn't it automatic to inspect and turnover everything that belongs to the client? 8. Only the immediate family has official photos since photo list was not followed because organizers were not inside the church. Even pictures of the couple with the entourage and others are missing. Since this is a once-in-a-lifetime event, the couple is really saddened by the fact that they would like to have pictures to treasure. 9. Additionally, isn't a post-event evaluation a standard procedure? Initially, we informed her that we pay attention to details, but Okkie always dismissed our concerns, encouraging us to place our trust in her. Fortunately, we disagreed, or else things could have turned into an even bigger disaster. A relative must be the one to manage the whole event when, in actuality, you are the person we hired.
